There has been a suggestion, a couple of months back, that due to outside pressures EB was cracking down on some of the more outrageous hijinks that were rumored to have gone on. If this is so, then it's actually nothing more than a welcome return to strip-club sanity. In the summer and early fall, I was offered way more than I really wanted to pay for, and with a certain amount of hard-sell. Combine that with the tendency of some (only some -- one day shift blonde especially comes to mind) of the dancers to run scams, it had reached the point where I was visiting less often. I'm happy to report that based on my last couple of visits, things are back to normal, keeping in mind that EB's normal can be way more fun than you'd expect in most other New England clubs. There's been a restoration of ... whats a good word? ... discretion. You'll have a great time with the right girls, if you remember that it's an American club, not Hamburg or Amsterdam.

Only partially changing the subject, last night I observed an employee actually mopping the men's room floor. This can be considered progress.
