Bad news, Flamingo fans - Roger...

Bad news, Flamingo fans - Roger has left the building! Roger, the bartender/manager who turned the Flamingo around from a major downhill slide over the last few years has been replaced by the owner's girlfriend, and it appears that the downward trend has begun again. From my recent visits, it appears that both entertainment value and team morale are declining. The really good staff have begun to exit, some to follow him and some to seek other venues. What a shame...

You'll find Roger managing the Red Room down the street (the only other Block bar worth a visit these days) evenings.
