The Good: Not so small...

The Good: Not so small of a club as some I’ve been in, but not real big. Booths along both sides of the stage (there is only one down stairs that I could see) are also dance areas for you and your friends to have special dance only inches away for the entire dance. The upstairs where the more private dances are preformed is also a balcony that overlooks the main stage. There were about a dozen ladies when I arrived early on Saturday night. A couple more came in but did not show up on the floor before I left (to go to another club). Two poles, one going the entire length of to the ceiling of the second floor. The other was on this big rocking horse. Which I believe was a carousel horse at one time, hence the hole for the pole. It stuck up about five or six feet from the horse and a couple of girls rocked the horse, but did not get up on he horse (or pole) itself. There was a buffet spread out in the very back of the room but they did not notify you of that when you came in. I guess they figure that every is a local and has been there before.

The Bad: Only beer and wine, which really was not that bad. The place could use a little cosmetic work. The bathrooms were in the middle of remodeling, about a year fro all of the names and diagrams dug into the exposed joint compound. For me, I like a little variety in the ladies at a club. Most of these were of the typical “Barbie” type, most with tattoos and piercing as well. Half a dozen of the women sat at the bar away for the table and sat for the time it took me to drink two beers. Another reason I left for the other bar early. The place is not the easiest to find if you are not from Morgantown. Their directions could be better. I call to find out where this place was after I could not find it from the ones on the advertisements.

Directions: take the I-68 east from I-79. First exit, then turn left. Go right about two miles and on the left you will see a yellow motel sign “Budget Motel Morgantown.” You need to make a left turn before you get to that sign (or go down and turn around anc come back which is safer). This is call 73 S, or 73 South. There is no 73 North that I saw anywhere. It is about a 310 degree turn if your are traveling north. The club is about .8 miles down the road.
