I went by Babes the first week of December. I have been there before and thought I would give it a chance now that I had more money. Only 3 guys in the place so I got the "pitch" from all the girls. Some would just come by and ask if I wanted company/dance while others sat and told me their life's story. It was a group of mostly 6-7s that time of day. A few 5s but nothing above an 8. No lunch which stunk. I bought the wrist band and had dances from most of the girls. The "VIP" was nothing special but at least it was clean. The girls there all were pros and I didn't get one bad dance. Usually you get at least one or two girls who just like to 1/2 ass it but all the girls were good at their jobs. I would go back again probably at night to see if the quality improves. But it is so close to Chica Locas that if things are bad at one usually you can go down the street and try there so the location helps a lot.
