Finally took a chance on this one. Monday night, so slower. Four girls on duty (about 8pm).

Physical description like others have stated. I guess I was a little surprised by the topless couch area. Four couches (two facing two) are in open area with the slightly more private nude cubicles behind. Not much privacy in the couch area, but that's okay with me. I got a "3 for 40" package with Foxy and also saw two other girls giving laps for one song. All were quite good.

Probably the best value in Portland for lap dancing. Most clubs offer 1 song for $20 and the nude dances are poor to mediocre to good. (Portland is definitely improving over that past year however.) You could go to Jiggles and get three $10 topless dances for $30 plus a $10 cover before 9pm for the same price. But I'd definitely rate Vegas VIP a little more "intense" in the dances. Still legal however. You could also go to Casa Diablo and get about the same dance (albeit nude) for $35. So 1 for $35 or 3 for $40. Seems like a pretty easy choice. (But don't overlook Casa Diablo for the best rack show/interaction in Oregon.)
