I think that Azman999 (see review below) is a perfect example of "YMMV". I've been to the Great ABC a number of times and never had an experience as bad as his. I would agree that the folks that greet you at the door and take your cover $$ tend not to be very friendly, but I wouldn't have called them rude based on my experience. My visits have always been earlier in the evening though, so maybe they get bitchier as the night goes on. My experience with the quality of the dancers doesn't remotely resemble azman999's experience however. Again, maybe this has to do with the day and time of our visits, but I would rate the dancer quality MUCH higher. Not up to par with Mons Venus in Tampa, but more than adequate IMHO. I don't recall ever seeing a 10 at ABC, but plenty of 7's - 9's during my visits. Most of the dancers I have seen have been young, fit, and quite attractive ... and some of them are outstanding dancers - especially their pole work.

And as far as the "Bush Dives" go (the dancer puts her crotch in the face while you lie back onto the side of the stage), I guess they're a little like sushi - you either love them or you hate them. I agree that it's a very uncomfortable position, but I love them nonetheless :) And I have never worried about STDs because the dancers all seem to be very adept at getting very close without actually touching the patron's faces.
