I have been going to Colonie for a while now and ill say that its not the best but its not the worst. I did learn one thing though- never ask for a lap dance at the end of the night. The dancers are exhausted. I had a 2 song dance and the the girl just sort of turned around. No contact whatsoever. Overall the girls are nice, the shot girls are pretty pushy but if you have around $100 and drink a little before you get there, it should be a fun time. Especially with the cigar's that are sold there as well.
