Louie's looks to be a typical Manheim Road bikini bar. It is small with a relatively long bar, horseshoe shaped with narrow access along the wall. Drink prices are not overly high but not in the economy range either, since I only drink beer, I can't speak to the mixed drink issue.

The dancers are bikini clad with panty hose but the grind factor is relatively high but the contact factor is one way. I like the bar because the service is good, and not too highly scrutanized.
