Visited Penthouse Club on Saturday nite...

Visited Penthouse Club on Saturday nite with my wife. Had a great steak dinner ($200) in their little upstairs restaurant. Virtually ignored by all the girls. Dancers seamed bored to death. Average appearance (5/6), some absolutely hideous. Only one girl on stage at a time. Very few "All american" girls, lots of very hard, "ethnic" (not black) looking chicks. No friendly smiles. We usually don't mind the "hard sell", as the girls are just trying to make a living, but we didn't even get a lap dance as no girls even approached us. Lot's of girls just sitting at the bar by themselves.

My wife and I enjoy taking a couple of girls to the champagne or VIP rooms, but didn't even see any we would be interested in. The friendliest chick? The coat check girl out having a smoke. She was bored to death as well.

A little too brighly lit. Not that large of a seating area, most guys were gettingt dances in their chains on the floor. Didn't get a tour of the club, as no one offered. Music was pretty boring as well. Would never go back here. New York has many other options.
