I was in Dallas for the halloween weekend to attend a bachelor party and I picked Gold Club after viewing the reviews on this website but was disappointed with what happened that night.

A group of 10 people started towards Gold Club at around 10 p.m. and we reached at 10:45 p.m. on and we all paid the cover of $20 and went inside and this club was not upto the expectations of the previous one I had visited. Once you enter the club there are two poles on on the right and one on the left with girls dancing on it. A bar and buffet on the right and the main stage at a distance of 20-30 yards from the entrance. On the left hand side there is a VIP room and above it you have the sky boxes. The VIP room required us to shell out an extra $35 per person so thats $55 even before you get a dance.... in this kind of economic recession it was killing us and the bachelor party. We struck a deal with the manager for $15/person for entrance in the VIP and $25 tip for him :). As soon as we entered the VIP we thought the girls were yet to arrive and waited for 20-30 minutes. Later on we found out that it was halloween and all the chicks were with their children doing trick or treat and would not be coming in on that day. In all there were barely 8-10 chicks for a crowd of over 100 and we had to literally wait to get someone to give a lap dance to my buddy. As the night went along all my friends started relaxing to the booze as it was BYOB and at around 3:00 a.m. some chic from another strip club stopped by to chat up with her friends and she was a blessing in disguise who helped to make the bachelor party a success. Overall advice avoid strip clubs on halloween :)
