Millstream is a secluded club in a residential area. It seems pretty safe compared to most of the Baltimore City clubs. Inside the main stage is surrounded by low tables with comfortable chairs. The bar is against the back wall but the center part of it is pretty close to the stage. The club feels a bit upscale but nothing compared to the bigger down town clubs.

The dancers run the gamut. They usually have 8-10 girls working and some are beautful some kinda rough. Some look 18 some look 30+. The girls are friendly but not pushy. Most will sit with you for a few minutes before asking for a dance. The lap dance area is small and there is sometimes a wait.

All things considered I say it is an above average club well worth a visit.
