Me and a friend of mine were going to be in Las Vegas and were told to go check out Chicas Bonitas while we were there. We went on a Saturday and asked for the manager by name and was told he wasn't there. We paid our cover charge and found a spot at the back of the bar and ordered some beer. Before our beer made it to us, the manager we had asked to see was coming over with a couple of other people. He gave our money back for the cover charge, told us our first round of beers were free, brought his best waitress over to take care of us all night and was introducing us to just about everyone that works there. We felt like kings. Two white boys in a Latino bar being treated like this? It was only because of mentioning the names of who told us to check the place out while we were there. We had a great time and met some really nice people. The DJ even came over to ask what we wanted to hear. Before I could think of a good song to fit the scene which would have been He is a Tejano by Texas Tornadoes , my friend had told him a heavy metal song. The DJ played his request the next song. There were some very pretty girls there and I bought Patron for a few of them including a different waitress that I had my eye on. I had a blast that night. I went back on Monday to thank the manager for everything but he was off that night. The club was not as busy as the weekend and I was instantly greeted by the least attractive dancer there. She would not leave me alone and as soon as I finished my beer I left. If you’re used to only going to huge, high class topless bars, this bar isn’t for you. The girls here are more real, more down to earth, and not nearly as pushy just asking if you want a dance and leaving. Thanks for a great night chicas bonitas where ever you are.
