Blackjack's is a small club on the far south side of Elgin. I have been there about four times and have had vastly different experiences. I went there recently on an early Tuesday afternoon and left without a single lap dance (highly unusual for a pervert such as myself). As you walk in the front door, to the left is the VIP room area and the bar, tables and small stage are to your right. The decor is appropriate for a SC. The reason for the low rating was the talent that was on premises that afternoon. Only about six girls and I weighed less than 5 of them (maybe an exaggeration but you get the point). I have had better luck when I went there around 6PM, since the day crew usually leaves at 7:30PM, for a while there is an overlap. If you find the right girl and like to get several lap dances, you may want to spring for the $200 for 1/2 hour Champagne "room". Actually the "room" is a curtained off mezzanine area in the main stage/bar area. The waitress will check on you at least once even if you tip her and tell her that you should be fine until your half hour is up. Whatever you do, don't go there during the early afternoon hours.
