I actually got in around 11:30...

I actually got in around 11:30 and left at about 1:00 a.m. Place was pretty packed. There have been some renovations at CCR since the last reviewer. The pool table in back is gone and the side wall back there now has a second bar which is great because I am usually a bar sitter and it was sometimes hard to find a stool at the front bar. The back area is semi-enclosed and there are a few tables there as well. Then in one of the back corners of the new area there is now a tiny VIP room for private dances. No idea how much they are, I did see one guy take a girl back there after he got the hot bartender to get approval from a manager. It looks like there is a small raised platform in the VIP room on which the dancer performs for her customer. So there is no contact as per the law, it's just a one on one private show. Overall dancer quality tonight was lower than usual. IMHO there were only two 9's and the rest were average to below average. The guy next to me at the bar had the biggest, thickest prime rib I have ever seen and it looked good. I didn't eat this time but food has always been good here. Plasma TV's over the new bar as well showing sports. Still a decent place to be overall if in the area.
