I was recently visiting Philly and stopped here on my way to the airport. I only saw one girl dancing and one girl sitting at the bar. I didn't see any other girls. I was not charged any cover charge. The bartender was very cute and very friendly. She gave me a really nice smile when I came in. I had a beer, which was reasonably priced. The girl dancing was not bad looking and did an o.k. job. She danced behind the bar so no touching was available at all. There were three or four other customers there and it just didn't seem like much was going on. I quickly drank my beer and left before the dancer could come by with the old "Did you like my dance?" routine. I have to admit that I didn't stay long enough to give the place a fair evaluation, but the little that I did see didn't impress me that much (except for the cute bartender, even though she was fully dressed in street clothes).
