Palazio is a nice, clean club....

Palazio is a nice, clean club. There is a large main stage and two satellite stages with poles. A smaller raised area has couches for lapdances, and there is a separate VIP area on the other side of the club. Cover was $10 on a Saturday night, and drinks were $7-8. There were a lot of women in the club - probably 25% of the customers that night were female.

The dancers were above average, and there were several really talented athletic ones that really impressed me with their pole work. However, when they left the stage they immediately headed back to the VIP area. In the three hours we were there, we probably had less than five dancers come by. We were tipping heavily at the rail, but we still couldn't get any attention.

I don't think we've ever been ignored like this at a club. There was eight of us - 5 guys and 3 girls. We were all dressed well (colored shirts, slacks, no tennis shoes), tipping well to both our waitress and the rail, so I'm not sure what the problem us. Normally this group would have dropped $2K easy at a club, but we probably spent less than $200 that night.
