Very pleasantly surprised. I'm semi-regular at Stiletto, which is around the corner on 8th Avenue and has the reputation for the best grinding in Manhattan. That remains true, as far as I can tell, but my visit to Private Eyes was quite nice from an LD point of view. Got in on a Friday afternoon and the number of girls to guys was almost 1:1 (nice) and the talent level was high (dancing on stage and overall looks). Most girls seemed either asian, brazilian or eastern european. Didn't notice anyone who seemed "white bread american". Was approached for dances a couple of times, but no high pressure. Spent 3 LD's with one brazilian cutie, who did a very very nice job. Low grindage, but the level of 'incidental' contact was superb. Along the way, she also called over a girlfriend from the club and treated me to a one song playful rub and kiss fest between her and her friend. I'll be back!
