This is a difficult club to review, probably reflecting different experiences for one-time visitors vs. regulars, day vs. night, etc. It's not the Mitchell Brothers Theater (SF), though I'm not sure that the MBOT is really a "club" anymore given the ubiquitous extras. I've only gone to Rick's during the day shift, and dancers span a large range from 1 to 9, with most in the 5-6 range. The high "house" costs pressures the dancers to circle the floor, but I've never found them to be overly aggressive. What really sucks -- since there is little or no tipping on the stages, the dancer's attitudes (and performance) on stage is among the worst I'v eever seen at any club. At recent visits < 50% of the dancers even bother to strip, and most look very bored. The best: many, if not most, of the dancers (day shift, at least) are happy to sit and talk for awhile before moving on to other things and the overall experience in the VIP section is exceptional. Many of the best dancers work erratic hours (surprise), but some that I've had enjoyable experiences with have been Sierra, Riley, Chloe, Duchess, and Kasey. Remember that respect will get you a long ways, and that negociating for the lowest price doesn't always pay off in the end. Quality experiences are rarely purchased on the cheap. YGWYPF and YMMV.
