This was the first of the GCs I visited during a recent one week stay in PV. I had originally asked to go to one of the other clubs, but the taxi driver told me that Aqua was very good, and handed me a club card that was going to get me a free lap dance.

When I paid my cover fee (the highest I encountered at 280 pesos, about $21 at the current exchange rate), I was handed another (identical) club card as a receipt. When I jokingly told the cashier that I was going to have two lds, since I had 2 cards, he took my taxi club card and said that I had to turn that one in. It wasn't worth argueing about, and the ld later wasn't worth much either. It was a topless air dance, with no customer touching of dancer allowed (although dancer was free to brush up against customer). It was done right at the customer's table, and lasted less than 2 minutes.

The stage dances were nothing special either. The first one or two songs resulted in the top coming off; total nudity occured at the very end of the final song. No sexy moves. Limited, uninspired pole work by some of the dacers. Club was not at all busy, and there tended to be lengthy pauses between dancers.

The waiter / manager informed me that I could take the dancer in back for $310 (that's US) for one hour. Told him I wasn't interested. He, and one of the dancers also told me that we could go to a "private lap dance room" for 10 minutes for $100. Said that the dancer would get totally nude, and that mutual touching was OK.

I was very dissappointed, since the dancer first refused to take off her bottoms, and then only dropped them to above the knee when I promised to keep my hands behind my back. When the 10 minutes were up, she had the gall to ask me for a propina, which I refused, telling her I wanted to speak to the manager. I told him the above, whereupon he had a conversation in Spanish with the dancer. He then told me that the dancer had said that she had lowered her panties. Apparently, total nudity and kitty touching don't occur simultaneously.
