After the debacle of the TattleTales...

After the debacle of the TattleTales trip, (see that review over there) I thought I would check in on Scruples to save my afternoon of debauchery. Alas, that was not to be either. I guess it is because they have so few dancers in the afternoon, but they keep the girls on dancing for about 1/2 hour per set. They start at the first stage, shed their top by the middle of the first song and then they dance a three or four song set on that stage. When they are done there, they rotate to stage two and do ANOTHER three or four song set. Now, even IF she if pretty, after a couple of dances you want to see someone new. Waiting for the new someone is a long drawn out process at Scruples in the afternoon.

I finally found someone who I would consider taking down to the dance room and off we went. Don't you know, she spent the whole dance yammering about the vacation she came back from. I got to hear the whole travelogue over the course of my four minutes. Now, at the bar I might listen politely. When I am getting a dance, I want the illusion, I want the game, not the restaurant report.

When will they understand that they are selling fantasy?
