This is a small topless club in philly.The club is open tuesday thru saturday from 8-2.There are 2 to 3 dancers on any shift.There is no cover and drinks start at 3 dollars.There is a vip area but i didnt try it but i think that the cost is 20 dollars and a nice tip.
