I visit Club Rock-Za maybe monthly. There is a good mix of girls and ethnicities so a good chance at least one of them will meet your tastes. This club along with Femme Nu probably have the best looking girls. The crowd is a mix of locals and tourists since it is nearest Waikiki. Has a cover charge ($10?) which gets you one regular drink. The lighting is not bad (better than Femme Nu). You can also have private lap dances in the back area that is semi-private. Around happy hour they usually have some type of food available for the customers.

Waiters and waitresses come around often to check on your drinks, but not too often that they seem pushy to make you keep buying $20 ladies drinks if you are sitting with a dancer. The younger waitresses are cute, if only they would dance too!

This club is one of the busier clubs along with Femme Nu and is even busier when there are conventions, military ships or other events in town such as the NFL Pro Bowl. This is probably the best club if you would like a mix of girls; Femme Nu is more the local club with more local customers and a little less variety in girls ethnicity.
