I have left some positive reviews here in the past, but I may have just spent my last dollar at the Gentleman's Gold Club.

I arrived close to 4pm and had a few drinks at the bar. The girls were varied in looks and huddled in groups talking. I was approached by one or two and I declined dances, waiting for a looker. After spying one, I moved to the dance floor and waited for the girl to stop over after I tipped her on stage. During my wait, I was approached by 2 cocktail waitresses 2 separate times (Four offers in 15 minutes) asking if I needed another drink. I was waiting for a girl to take to a VIP room where I could make use of the $50 included tab. The girl finally sat with me (I had waited 3 songs) and after we discussed the VIP options ranging from $180 to $280 per half hour, I paused to consider the cost. Just then I was approached by the waitress again who asked if I wanted to order except now with a flip attitude. I passed politely again, considering my VIP room. She then told me with some irritation that there was a 2 drink minimum and I NEED to order something. I told her I was drinking at the bar before coming over to the stage. The waitress repeated the 2 drink minimum requirement (which I still don't understand.) The dancer beside me also was confused over this drink ultimatum.

I understand the club's wanting to make some cash and discourage cheap loiterers. I was in the club all of an hour - the club had about 8 guys total on a Friday after work - and I was just moving from the bar where I was drinking $6.50 bud lights with a dollar tip. I am quiet and treat the dancers with great respect.
