Stopped in while in Portland on...

Stopped in while in Portland on a trip. The place was empty and really filthy. Just 4 girls hanging out at the bar. How it stays open is a mystery. There is no enthusiam from the dancers. They simply ask for a dance - $160 which is too much. And they leave. Portland in general seems to be a complete waste of time versus other cities. There are actually three places in this strip "mall" but two of them were closed
