Having read the review that Illusions is the best strip club in Springfield, on my visit I went out of my way to drive down to Nixa. I was disappointed. An $8 cover to enter a dead scene is a little steep. Even steeper is the $25 they charge for dances that go strictly by the rules, even if there was pretty good grindage. The strictness may be in part because it is a nude club, but 3 of the 5 dancers didn't take it all off. They sacrifice liquor and a little freedom for the nude privilege they don't seem to exercise.

McKenzie and Summer are very attractive, but failed to arouse. Alisha gave a very vigorous but not seductive dance. The other two were a relative novice and a first-nighter.

I guess I'm spoiled by clubs in Indiana and Texas, but I should have stayed in my hotel room.
