My first visit in several months...

My first visit in several months turned out very well. I was able to connect with several of my favorites (Nicki, Willow and Gwen) and had some excellent dances . Also got dances from 3 others - nothing terribly special.

Since it was Thursday, I expected older music (Throwback Thursday), but that's not what I heard. There was some older stuff, but most of the music was unrecognizable to me as an old guy. I'd rather hear the older music I recognize, and I suspect, looking at the afternoon clientele, the rest of the crowd agrees. Additionally, one of the dancers told me that the dj now had orders to play no more slow songs. WTF! Just because you want to promote a party atmosphere, there's no reason to not mix it up. After all, this is the afternoon, not midnight. Think this one through.
