First visit to the Lodge in...

First visit to the Lodge in Dallas. Went based on reviews here. I've been to BDD several times, so that was my basis for comparison. Parked outside, no problems. Cover was $10 on friday night. Sat for some time waiting for a drink - took over 20 minutes to see a waitress. Had a Guinness served in a bottle, which is the first time I've had the auld brew not on draft(and it was not bad that way). Lodge has no beers on draft at all -just bottles. Dancers were very nice with some real talent. Several dropped by for a chat and were quite friendly without a lot of hustle, which was good. Got two dances from different ladies at $20. I liked that the girls did not seem rushed and looked to be having a good time. The chairs and furnishing were quite comfortable. There seemed to be several areas of the club - a VIP area upstairs and other stages in a back bar area that was quieter. I stayed in the main area where I could see three of the six stages. Liked the club and would go back when I want a quieter, more comfortable experience.
