I travel to Columbia often for work and I've been visiting PP for some time now. I am sad to say that the quality of both the club and the girls has been on a steady downward slope over past months. I began to notice this trend when the music has been slowly transitioning from a good mix of metal/rock/alternative/hip-hop, to the 100% rap and hip-hop that we hear now. In case the club hasn't noticed, the change in music has brought a noticeable change in crowd. Damn, when we hear Soulja Boy, we don't need half of the dudes in club up dancing! It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure the relationship between the number of times I've seen cops in the parking lot with lights on or patrolling the area. Scary, huh? When leaving during late hours, I have been followed by road dawgs, but I am smart enough to chill for a couple hours before I hit the road. Note that I have not had this experience during the day, just evening hours.

So, I've been timing my recent trips for day shift and hell, the day shift is not close to what it was just a couple months ago. Day shifts are now hit or miss for me. During a visit this past week, 5 girls were hanging out for at least 2 hours at a table near the Champagne and only got up when they were called to the stage and made a b-line to plop their a$$ back down when their song was 90% over. WTF!? Us handful of guys on the other side of the club were thinking....don't these chics need money to feeds their kids? On these days none of my favs where there, not Ni, Wi, Ta, K, Ch, Tr...etc. and was wasn't beer-goggling nearly enough....well never mind, it's not right to go there.

Okay - some good club news. The bar staff is awesome! Not that they make stiff drinks or anything, but they know your name and know what you want to drink. It's nice to walk in the door approach the bar and see your drink being made before you ask. Happy hour (4-8) is a fun time here. Bouncers are great. They are not meat heads like other clubs, they are there to do their job, any they keep out of the way. Weekend shot girls give lame dances and need to step it up like the girls in South FL or Masters. HotTub - he must get paid by the word!
