visited the GC Connection for my first time on a friday night...nice enough place inside, although it's there aren't a lot of seats once the adjoining topless club shuts down at 2am and the big crowd moves over. cover was only $5, but dances are $35 and everyone pushes for tips (door girl, bouncers)...on the expensive side, but they did have 2-for-1 deals every hour. the stage is pretty dark and a little hard to see if you're not lucky enough to find a seat up close, and the place gets pretty hazy from cigarette smoke when it's busy (surprising given that you can't smoke in most public places in CT). the lap dance area is reasonably private...didn't try the VIP or champagne rooms though.

but what about the dancers? on this particular night, there were at least 12 girls working and most were high quality...very few outside the 8-9 range, and the ones i dealt with were very friendly. i got great dances from both girls that caught my eye over the course of my night...up close and personal with plenty of contact by the dancers. my last 'dance' of the night from Maxine (cute short blond) was fantastic...full nude, spent all her time in my lap, and seemed like she was on a mission to give me a very fulfilling lap dance. while most reviews on GCC seem pretty mixed, i can't remember the last time i had such a good experience at a club
