Bourbon Street is still amongst the best clubs in Phoenix. It's got a nice laid back vibe to it, the crowd seems to be a nice mix of white & blue collar, young and old. They've always got lots of girls working too, most very attractive (7-9 range). The $10 dances at your table are mostly hands off and are generally not worth the price unless you can get a seat along the north wall. The $20 VIP dances are generally where I head, plenty of 2 way contact is available in that section with most of the girls (although as always YMMV). The waitstaff is also always very efficient (and attractive) and the bouncers are very unobtrusive. Well worth a visit.
