This club has not been around long but is already experiencing cash flow problems. When they started up, to entice defections from other clubs, offered $20/hr while going HI rate is $10/hr. Now offering no set hourly rate, but pay is based upon number of customers you bring in, # of drinks or private dances you sell. This is a commision rate and shows the management is running out of money and has no clue as to how to run a sc in Hawaii or anyother state. So the result is the dancers are moving on, no waitresses and no customers. This club will be going out of business soon unless they find investors. This club went for show (pretty) girls not working dancers who know how to build a regular customer base.
