I visited Industrial Strip on a Saturday night. The layout of the place is that they have 3 dancers on stage and then a number of dancers in the main room. The girls range from super hot to average, but it looks like the best ones typically have a very long wait time. I found that I needed to be aggressive about the girls I liked, which maybe a turn off to some. In the back rooms, the dances are high amounts of grindage and two way touching. It's $55 for 3 dances, which go from topless to all nude by the last dance. I also found out that there's a "waterbed room" in which you have a dance lying down on a waterbed. Only one of the girls offered this to me, so I'm not sure how widely available it is (even though its 2x the normal dances.)
