I went to Private Eyes a few weeks back during the day in the afternoon sometime. It was a weekday. I found it to be not that of a value. If you pick up a free entry coupon from the guy on the corner, you can get in with no cover. Also, it is two for one drinks. So you can get two beers for the price of one. And the girls I got dances from were all at least 7's to 8's. They did push the private champagne room a bit and the manager came over to me to ask if I wanted to do it. It was $500.00 for an hour which I think included some drinks, maybe a bottle of cheap champagne. I didn't end up doing it, but the price did not seem that bad for a Manhattan club, which tend to be even more. Of course, this is before any "tip" to the girl, which I am pretty sure she will ask you for after the hour is up. Not sure though since I did not participate. Came out spending only about $140.00, most of which was for dances. The waitress did pull the "Would you like to buy the lady a drink?" trick on me, which I fell for. So I ended up paying $10.00 for a bottle of water for the dancer that was sitting and chatting with me for a while. But if you are looking for an afternoon place to go for some beers and dances and can get in without paying cover, this place is a pretty good value.
