Our yearly visit to Erv's during Musikfest. Checked into our hotel in Bethlehem, filled up a cooler with beers and grabbed a cab. Almost skipped Erv's altogether because the dancer quality was so poor last year. What a difference a year makes! Laides were much improved, in the 6-8 range. The lovely Paris was a personal favorite. Can't beat the byo but the cover charge ($20) is still too steep for the Lehigh Valley.
