There is only one strip club...

There is only one strip club in Galesburg. It has changed names and owners many times since it opened. At one time it was not worth going to at all for many reasons--pasties had to be worn, no nudity, poor quality and unfriendly dancers but all that has changed since Gulfport flooded. Since the flood Showgirls has improved a bunch. Drinks are relatively reasonably priced and the cover charge is not too high. The quality and the friendliness of the dancers is the biggest improvement. Dennis the bouncer is ok and not nearly as much of a dick as some have been in the past although Smoky (Josh) is missed by all. He was really cool and treated the customers with respect. The little Hitler bouncer is gone and good riddance. The girls will do just about anything for a dollar or two on stage. Private dances are a disappointment as you get a better show on the tip row at the stage than you do in the private area for a twentieth the cost.
