I suppose if there was a rating system for lingerie bars this one would rate rather high. The newish facility is nice in a sports bar kinda way. Staff, security, lighting, bar are all good. The new Carl's is clearly in a class all by itself among the O'hare lingerie clubs. But guys come to places like this for some semblance of action. Ã…nd from my perspective this place is very hit or miss (mostly miss). Since the talent is partially clothed I do give the club and this type of place in general points for being creative in skirting Chicago's labrynth of city codes. But for those expecting either a high class strip club or a low class jack joint you will be highly disappointed with Carl's.
