This place is in the same complex as Cheeters. You walk in the door and come to a lobby. From there, you have a choice of 3 establishements. There is a video viewing parlor, a strip clup that serves no drinks called Balloons, and there is Studio 253 which seems to be a fetish club. There is a room with a bed of some sort. I talked to the girl behind the window who told me there are whips and paddles they use on customers. A sign says foot worship is available. Sessions were $80 for 15 minutes.
