Ruby's never changes. It offers solid value but nothing that would cause law enforcement interest.

On a Thursday afternoon there were more than a dozen dancers -- most 8's or 9's. Some were walking through the crowd of customers topless soliciting dances.

On stage, most are almost or even in some cases fully nude, but only when approached by a customer offering dollar tips. Touching of dancers on stage is ok for most of the dancers, which means that for a few dollar bills you receive almost what you would enjoy in the "table dance" area.
