Been to HiLiter twice now. Have had great times both trips. Club is small with only one stage. There are a few good looking girls. If you are there just to watch the stage show, you will need to sit close to the stage. On the other hand, lap dances here are very high mileage and all the girls that have danced for me are very enthusiastic. I've only been to 3 other clubs in the PHX area and this is defintely the one to go.
