I went to Bottoms up after...

I went to Bottoms up after a less than successful afternoon of simulcasting at Churchill Downs. I hadn't been here in about 4-5 years and was wondering what to expect.

Decor hasn't changed since the first visit here (9 years ago!), if my memory serves, I sat on the same torn barstool as that first visit! As some have said, this place can be hit or miss, but my experience is that you only need one dancer to make the place worth the visit. I found that one in a thin, young brunette (sorry, forgot name!) We talked for a while for a $22 "small drink", and she passed the audition. So, off to the back room behind the stage for the good ol' "big drink" (not sure they call it that any more) - 3+ dances and anything goes with the right dancer.

All things considered, not a bad visit for just over $100 in an hour. One thing I missed, but probably because I visited too early in the day - barmaid Becky and roving social coordinator Donna. Who knows, it's been so long since my last visit that they might not even be there any more.
