The atmosphere upon walking in the door is upscale. But the music was too overpowering and makes ordering a drink a shouting match with the waitresses. And the drink prices are way too high, went up there a 2 weeks ago with 5 friends and we had a designated driver and the charged him $3 for a 5oz cup of ice with a splash of coke and the waitress still was looking for a tip.
