Another visit to Penns Port Pub. I found the website extremely helpful in terms of figuring out their odd hours and determining who is going to be there. There are even some pictures on the site. Ok back to the club: still a neighborhood bar with 3 girls working at all times. Although topless, they come around the bar and to pull the panties aside for that last dollar of the dollar parade. $2-3 each set to the girls plus the cheap drinks makes this place a good value as far as somewhere to chill and enjoy the scenery. No lap dances but you can go to the other clubs in the area for that. All in all, good for the rules they work with but no the best of breed.
