As part of my tour of "outside The Block" clubs, I started with Gentlemen's Gold Club at about 2 PM on a Sunday. This one of the few upscale clubs in the area, and very classy (i.e. could bring your boss or wife in here and not worry about language/cleanliness). An absolute ban on cell phones (with cameras) at the front door makes it a pain to be in the club if you need to stay in touch, and that alone might prevent me from coming back. Full bar, fairly fast service, and a nice collection of girls (about half a dozen, 5's to 8's).

The girls offer lap dances for $30, and often push the private rooms that start at $180/half hour. I had a few dances with each girl and no real mileage, and I'm told about the same in the private rooms and wasn't about to waste the $$ to find out.

Overall, not a bad place to waste some time if you like conversation and pretty company, i.e. typical high-end club with slightly more reasonable costs compared to a name like Scores or Hustler.
