I'm wondering why so many people...

I'm wondering why so many people feel the need to review this club... after all, there are something like 120 reviews listed. You might be wondering, then, if I'm wondering that, why am I writing one also? Maybe I can put a different spin on it.

The first couple of times I went into Henry's I was pretty much appalled. I went in because I was looking for a dancer from another club I had heard was working there. It was dark, smelled musty and smokey, and looked really run down. The arrangement of the stages (3 total) seemed bizarre - it's hard to get far enough away from any of them to be able to watch comfortably. The woman tending bar growled at me because I turned down a third beer twice - and told me I would have to move to a table if I didn't order something, even though half the stools were empty. When I told her I had to drive home, she told me I could order a water for $6.50. Ouch! When I went into the bathroom, a nightmare in its own right, I saw a used condom on the floor. That was the first hint that it was a "high mileage" club.

On what would have probably been my last visit (I had given up on finding the dancer I was looking for), I spent some time with another dancer who was (is) wonderful. Funny, spontaneous, unpretentious, caring, fit and very very sexy (for any age, but especially for being 30-something), I have enjoyed spending time with her ever since.
