In the end I had a great time at Tiffany's, thanks to the friendly girls and $5 dances. Decent contact, two way, and none of the dancers ever stopped my exploration, but the LD area is just a row of chairs on one wall, so I didn't get too adventurous. One annoying thing is that they have to wear nipple paint so they aren't "topless." Apparently San Antonio clubs can't serve alcohol if the girls don't have clothes. When I walked in I thought I was in a "big girl" club (Texas sized ladies), but several petite ladies showed up a bit later. The club itself is unimpressive, but you can't beat the price.
