Large but rundown club with the...

Large but rundown club with the atmosphere of a reading room. I visited on a Saturday night about 11pm and was one of only a handful of customers scattered around three levels of seating. Some decent-looking dancers but they seemed only interested in locals or customers who were willing to spend $20 every 5-10 minutes for their company. Some dancers appeared asleep (or passed out) on bar stools or chairs in the corner. Dancers are at least topless without pasties and lap dances are reasonably priced. Not sure why the feel in this club is so negative but it definitely is.
