The best value and experience in all of TJ in my opinion. If you just want to jump on a female then ADelitas is OK but if you want to have a few low pressure drinks for a couple of hours and enjoy the scenery, this is the place.

Still relatively safe even with the crazyness I never felt threatened or in danger.

If the waiters are hassling too much just keep a full drink in front of you, they are only 3 or 4 dollars anyways.
