I did not enjoy myself at Center Stage. Perhaps I caught it on a bad night, or maybe I was in a bad mood, but I didn't really feel welcome.

There's a moderate cover and a parking charge unless you park on the street. Beers are moderately priced. I didn't find the dancers overly attractive, although they were young and thin. I got the distinct impression that this is the minor leagues, while the All Stars are playing at the Mardi Gras.

The bartender pretty much sucked, and was not at all concerned about attending to my beverage needs. There were six dancers working, who were not that into any of the customers. It seemd the place had resigned itself into having a tough evening, and that was becoming a self-fulfilling prophecy.
