Whenever I am in West Palm...

Whenever I am in West Palm I like to visit the Mermaid. It has never been a very glitzy place and this visit was no different than in the past in terms of the overall atmosphere - still very much a "biker" style bar, but I have always found the workers warm and friendly without the edge that you find at the more expensive clubs in town. Still requires a membership which is really not a big deal and helps keep the LE at bay. The dancers are older and not as good looking as the other clubs but they make up for it in the attention they give to the customers. I would rather have an affectionate and touchy feely older dancer without perfect abs, than a hot babe that thinks she is doing you a favor by letting you talk to her. This trip was a short visit as I was on the way to the airport (great place to kill an hour) so watched some dances and took advantage of a table dance and lap for a total of $30. No time for a back room visit. Wondering whatever happened to Justice who used to dance there - awesome tight body and one of the most fit dancers around with a bodybuilders physique. Worth keeping on your list of places to go! Usually attracts an older clientele so you are not vying for attention with the 20 something crowd.
