I know this place was closed...and...

I know this place was closed...and now, supposedly, it is open.

And the hours, supposedly, are from 4:00 p.m. until closing.

But I've been here in the afternoon, around 4:30, and it was dead. A few days ago, I stopped by at night. Still not open.
